3.4 KYC and Verification Data: For marketplace participants: copies of government-issued identification, proof of address documents, business licenses and permits (mining, export, import, precious metals dealer licenses), business registration certificates, beneficial ownership declarations, and sanctions screening results.
3.5 Transaction Data: For marketplace participants: details of gold listings (weight, purity, origin, price), purchase offers, accepted transactions, shipping addresses, tracking information, escrow records, dispute filings, blockchain transaction hashes, and QR code associations.
3.6 Compliance Data: For marketplace participants: AML/CFT screening results, sanctions list checks, source of funds declarations, due diligence documentation, audit records, and regulatory reporting information.
3.7 Website Analytics Data: We collect certain information about how you use our Services and the device that you use to access our Services. This might include your geographical location, device information (such as your hardware model, mobile network information, unique device identifiers), the data transmitted by your browser (such as your IP address, time zone settings, access status/HTTP status code, volume of data transmitted, browser type and version, language settings, length of visit to the Services, date and time of the request, operating system and interface), the number of page views and the search queries you make on the Services and similar information. Blockchain records: Information recorded on the blockchain is permanent and immutable and cannot be deleted.
Dispute records: Retained for 7 years after dispute resolution.
Inactive accounts: Accounts with no activity for 3 years may be archived, but records are retained for the full 7-year compliance period.

13.1 Permanent Nature of Blockchain: When transactions are recorded on the blockchain, this information becomes permanently and publicly accessible. Once recorded, blockchain data cannot be modified, deleted, or restricted. By using the GoldChain Marketplace, you acknowledge and consent to this permanent recording.
13.2 What Is Recorded on Blockchain: The following information about marketplace transactions is recorded on the blockchain:
- Business names of transaction parties (not personal names)
- Date and timestamp of transaction
- Gold specifications (weight, purity, origin)
- Transaction value (may be anonymized or represented as a hash)
- Document verification hashes
- Previous and next parties in the supply chain
13.3 What Is NOT Recorded on Blockchain: The following personal information is NOT recorded on the blockchain:
- Full personal names of individuals
- Contact information (email, phone, addresses)
- Government ID numbers

- Detailed KYC documentation
- Private communications
13.4 QR Code Information: When retailers generate QR codes for end products, consumers scanning these codes will see limited supply chain information including origin, certifications, and chain of custody, but will not see personal identifying information about individual marketplace participants.

You might end up providing personal information directly to third parties as a consequence of your interactions with our Services, social media profiles, and other marketplace participants. For example:
